Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original form of payment.

·       Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

·       Please email us at info@blue-grey.com to request a return authorization before sending your item back.

Return Shipping

Because we are a small company, we are unable to cover return shipping costs at this time.

·       You may use any shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend one that provides tracking to ensure your package reaches us safely.

·       Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if inventory allows.

Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased with a significant discount (30% or more) cannot be returned or exchanged.
